STEP 1: INQUIRY
First things first, thank you so much for your interest in choosing ME to be your wedding photographer! You can contact me by filling out my contact form here. Filling this form out will give me all the information I need, so know how I can best fit your needs.
STEP 2: FOLLOW UP
I will contact you shortly to set up a phone/video call with you. During this call I will answer any and all questions you may have! We will talk all about your wedding day, and will discuss wedding packages that suit you best.
STEP 3: PROPOSAL & DEPOSIT
I will then send your customized proposal. This proposal includes the package you have chosen, a contract, and your invoice. A 15% non-refundable deposit will be due upon receipt. If it all looks good to you, you will then sign the contract, and pay the deposit fee electronically via debit or credit card. Signing this proposal and paying the deposit officially books me & holds your date!
STEP 4: SCHEDULINg &
QUESTIONNAIRE
If you’ve booked me for any portrait sessions (engagement, bridal, etc.), we will schedule & shoot those!
1 month before your wedding day I will send a detailed pre-wedding questionnaire, and ask for a preliminary timeline of your wedding day. Do not worry, this does have to be down to the bone specific. We will work together on editing the timeline, to insure your wedding runs as smoothly as possible for the both of us.
step 5: wedding day
Your big day is finally here! It's most likely your going to spend more time with me rather than your family. It's my goal to capture every moment of your wedding day for you to have and cherish forever. Think of me as paparazzi following you around for the day, as I make you feel like the celebrites that you are. As the day goes on we will cry happy tears, dance, laugh, and create amazing photos that I know you'll love!
STEP 5: DELIVERING THE IMAGES
My turnaround time is usually 4-6 weeks. During those weeks I will be hand picking, fine tuning and editing each image one by one. When your gallery is done and fully edited I will send you your custom wooden photo box with your prints and flash drive. I will also deliver to your very own personalized online gallery with print-ordering capabilities. You can heart your favorite images, download them, order prints, or share the entire gallery with anyone and everyone you know. Then, you and they can re-live your special day forever. Enjoy!
